Include Subscription Plan Fields in Helpdesk Pro

Is it possible to include the shortcodes to fields of a subscription in Helpdesk Pro?

I want to include the subscription plan name and some custom fields to display on the help desk ticket when they are creating it and to pass that on when the ticket is submitted.

This is what I have that is in the confirmation page and email that is sent. I want to add it to the ticket so that the admin doesnt have to go look up the users subscription package.

Number of Campaigns: [BANNER_AD_NUM_CAMPAIGNS_LOCAL]
Subscription Renews: [LOC_BANNER_EXTENDSUBSCRIPTION_1CAMPAIGN][LOC_BANNER_EXTENDSUBSCRIPTION_3CAMPAIGNS][LOC_BANNER_EXTENDSUBSCRIPTION_5CAMPAIGNS]
Selected State: [BAF_STATES]
Selected Region: [BAF_REGIONS_SELECTED]


Is this possible?

This is not supported, unfortunately. So if you really need it, customization to code of Helpdesk Pro will be needed. It will cost you some fee for the customization
