We have an offline payment setup (using os_offline), but when the transactions are carried out using this payment plugin, emails are not being received by either the admin or the user using this form of payment.

Hi Peter

That's strange to me. I guess it might be because your mail server could not deliver email to target email address for some reasons. Please follow instructions at docs.joomdonation.com/membershippro/trou...oting/use-email-logs to troubleshot the issue
