Recurring reminder

Hi all,

I know one of the emails is meant to notify when a recurring subscriptions come to an end (subscription_end_email). Where can I set the days before ending date to send this email?

Hi Laurens

This is only available if you setup a recurring subscription plan with fixed number of payments (for example, Number Payments set to 10). That mean after 10 payments, the subscription won't be renewed automatically anymore

If you setup a plan like that, you will see Send Subscription End parameter in Reminder Settings of the plan to control that
