As all personal information is stored in the subscriber record, would it be possible to have a flag or something to say 'omit the creation of a new user_id and instead hold the user_id of the group admin'. Then the group admin would identify how many individuals there are in the family (- 2 adults, 3 juniors, 1 child )- some sort of custom fee fields. (how much to add for each), the group admin pays for the lot of them and then enters each of them without creating user accounts but being signed on so the system knows who is the group admin. Then a one year old does not need a email account. If youths want their own account they can sign up independently. Currently the Family group is of no use to us but I suspect our pay structure for membership is very common.
