How to create workflow for Event registrations and Attendees

Hello OSCommunity:

We have a series of events every 2 weeks with dates already chosen.  We are trying to streamline the workflow. I imagine there is an easier way and it is front of my face.
There are two parts to our process, invite hosts to register to hold the event, then attendees have to register.

• We will make separate event pages for host registration for each date with a capacity of 1 and the title is the date of the event.
• Once they have registered, I then have to create separate events for registration by attendees
  • This requires us to copy and past the information from the host registrations (a separate event for each date) such as addresses, host names, etc. into the new attendee registration    event (a separate event for each date)

We looked at Submit Event form, but, it needs to only allow1 person to Submit and event for a specific date.

Was hoping that once a host registered, it could populate that information into the calendar. 

If you have any ideas, I would appreciate it.

I don't know exactly how you want data to be populated when host register but I believe developing a custom plugin would be needed to automatic the task. But we would need to see a more clear requirement before giving you quotation for developing the plugin
