Dear event booking team, 
I have a small problem with the captcha on a customer website. If the captcha is activated, the forms cannot be sent and we get an error message “invalid verification code”. Do you know what that could be? Have you had this problem before?

What captcha plugin you are using? If you are using invisible recaptcha, there is a bug in Joomla 5.2.0 prevents it from working

So if you are using Joomla 5.2, please disable captcha for now. Or find and use a different captcha plugin, like our JD Captcha plugin /joomla-extensions/jd-captcha.html
