Card Payment Not Reflected in the Database was created by manami toida
We are using Event Booking version 4.7.0 and Joomla version 3.10.12. Currently, we have two sites set up for renewal work:
  1. The operational site
  2. A new site where all data, including the database, has been transferred from site ①.
The domain and server will also be new, so we are working on a new server. For bank transfers, there are no issues, and they are correctly displayed in the "Registrations" list in the admin panel and in the registration history on the user side.However, only for card payments, while the payment is successfully processed (confirmed by both the credit card company and the payment processor's management panel), the payment does not appear in the Joomla admin panel or in the user's registration history. It seems as though the registration is not being processed.On site ①, everything works without issues, and the settings on site ② are identical. However, for some reason, only on site ②, the card payment is not being saved as described above.Why is the card payment not being saved as a record in the database?

That depends on the payment plugin you are using. Before we guide you to check it further, could you please submit a support ticket let us know the email you used to purchase Events Booking so that I can verify your order ? You should also update to latest version of the extension for Joomla 3 (4.9.4). We will also ask you some more questions from there to check and get the issues sorted

Thank you for the explanation. I understand the content. Since I haven’t actually purchased the plugin myself and the client is the one who purchased it, I will first confirm the information with the client and attempt to update the version. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I will submit a support ticket.
