Registration Emails

Bare with me im reasonably new to the back end software of Joomla
Where is the best place to put the text in for the registration emails when people book events on my site, i see that i can add it in the event itself and also in events config emails in general

Is there a place i turn it on and off, as far as im aware my site doesnt send any currently to new registrations on events?

Hi Warren

1. Normally, you would setup email messages in Events Booking -> Emails & Messages section of Events Booking.

2. You can also setup messages inside each event. If you setup messages inside the event, these messages will override the global email messages

3. If you do not receive emails when someone registers for event on your site, it could be because your server could not deliver email to target email address for some reasons. See docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/trou...tings/use-email-logs for instructions to troubleshot the issue
