Custom Field - Field Assignment

Hi Tuan,

I have an Event call Delivery Event, which will create a lot different theme of event but is same category as - Delivery Event. All my Delivery Event will have delivery address custom field: postal code, unit no, address 1, address 2, building name.

Each time I want to create a new event which is under Delivery Event, I may need all the delivery address field. So I need one by one assign my custom field to my event? Is there any field assignment for category? so that I no need one by one assign my delivery address field to all my Delivery Event.

Hi

Yes. You can assign custom fields to categories and all events belong to those selected categories will have that field available

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Custom Fields Assignment config option to Both (or Only Categories)

Then you will be able to assign custom field to categories to work for your need
