How can I send extra details in our bookings emails depending on each event as we do not want to show the actually location of the event until the event has been booked and paid for.
Can this be done using the email templates and with maybe a hidden customer field or a different way?
I can see how to use the message tab in each event to display the details on screen but I want to sent it in a confirmation email.
Thank you for your reply, the only problem is I want to send the details as soon as they have registered, like the confirmation booking email, can I maybe edit that and add the details in there ?
The email message sent to registrants after they complete registration is editable. You can just go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, find the email message and add the details you want there
