Problem with the general conditions

in the configuration of my events, I have activated the general conditions, but it does not work, because they can register without checking the corresponding box, although the invitation message to do so is displayed. I would also like to make it mandatory to read the conditions before he can validate their registration. Thank you for your assistance.

That's strange to me. Users need to check on the terms and conditions checkbox to register for the event. Could you please send me link to events page on your site so that I can try to register to see what's wrong and find a solution ?
