I don't know how you would you use Formula to handle it but you can use two tags related to number of tickets:
[NUMBER_TICKETS] : Count total number of tickets selected for all ticket types which users choose for the registration
[NUMBER_PAID_TICKETS]: Count total number of paid tickets (ticket type has price > 0) for all ticket types which users choose for the registration
Regards,
Tuan

Okay, I'm not sure if this will help.
I'm not familiar with fee formulas but I saw the option for it. Might be I can use it to give discount based on the amount of people?
Like 15€ for each person more than one?
([NUMBER_TICKETS] -1)*15€…?
Unfortunately the ticket type is not took into account. Usually we give a discount for families with at least one adult. The formula even if it will work will give the same discount even for two children.
What a nightmare

Hi Tuan,
coming back to this topic. I tried to use somehow the [NUMBER_TICKETS] for fee formular but I get an error.
Example: 10€ discount per ticket, if the registrant has some special membership.
Of course I can collect member information, ask for each Member the status and give them 10€ discount on the field of the membership.
But do you have an idea, just to ask the registrant one time in the billing section about the memberhip and multiply that fee by the amount of tickets selected from the dropdown to calculate the correct total price?

We should be able to handle it using fee formula. For this, better submit a support ticket sending us:
- Super user account of your site
- Link to registration form
Then we will discuss further about it and find a solution
